I also believe that some sections of OP would elect to remain a HOA therefore paying a County tax, municipality tax and a HOA assessment. Just for the sake of discussion, suppose only one section refused to turn over the OPA common properties to a municipality. I wonder if that one section would then totally control all the common properties and if OPA, Inc. woudl then be only that single section. If so, that section could perhaops figure out a way to sell the common properties for $100 million or so and distribute the proceedes to the section lot owners. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jack, People just need to pull up house listings in O.C and look at the county tax and the O.C tax then decide if they think we (OP) should be a municipality. I also believe that some sections of OP would elect to remain a HOA therefore paying a County tax, municipality tax and a HOA assessment.
