Joe, Every lot owner has equal access and use of all amenities and common areas, and each pays the same. Waht could be FAIRER? Owners of interior lots don't have the equal access to a waterview or a golf course view as do owners of waterfront or golf course lots. Aren't you the one who advocates Golfers paying their fair share of golf costs? Why should an owner of an interior lot subsidize those owners with waterfront or golf course views? Gary

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What about basing the taxes on the value of the lot? We are an HOA. What is wrong with the current system where all pay the same (with extra for most waterfront for bulkhead replacement)? Every lot owner has equal access and use of all amenities and common areas, and each pays the same. Waht could be FAIRER? |
