OPA Board Meeting of 10/19/2005. Board passes motion by Dan Stachurski to charge a fee (currently $250) for various documents and a home inspection by ECC for those selling homes in Ocean Pines. Originally Stachurski had planned to make this fee mandatory, but apparently after consultation with counsel, the motion made the purchase optional -- something many in OceanPinesForum.com have argued should be the case.
