OPA Board Meeting of 10/19/2005. Director Janet Kelley faced some stiff opposition to two proposals dealing with board openness in providing scheduling information in regard to the new Community Center, and another asking the board to tell staff to provide lot owners with some sort of a schedule related to major maintenance to be done around Ocean Pines. The video misses the very beginning of Kelley's presentation due to some technical problems but provides a sense of hostility expressed toward Kelley by some other board members.
