OPA Board Meeting of 10/19/2005. Public Comments from Dutch Oostveen and former OPA Director Tom Sandusky. Oostveen was back again with more comments regarding his previous strong comments to director Heather Cook. Oostveen said at one point during a discussion outside at the last board meeting that Cook had to hold her husband back from "taking a swing at me."
Former OPA Director Tom Sandusky took advantage of Public comments to ask individuals to be civil and polite when making public comments. At one point he addresses Oostveen and asks him not to "shame the community and yourself." At the end Sandusky said he tells potential board members they will have to put up with the "resident kooks" and not to listen to them.
