The Cetola Report is a twice-monthly update on events at the County Commissioners meetings by Commissioner Tom Cetola. In this segment Cetola talks about upgrades to Ocean Pines water system, West Ocean City water service public hearing, a county-imposed impact fee of over $5000 for homes in new subdivisions, reduction of the cap on resident property tax increases from 5% to 3%, and the possiblity of a reduction in the overall tax rate to benefit both resident and non-resident property owners.
