Armed with an opinion from OPA attorney Joe Moore, OPA President Glenn Duffy attempts to unilaterally void a previously approved Venit motion to hire parttime sales manager as passed by OPA Board some weeks ago. His attempt to do so receives objections from other board member. Eventually the issue is put to a vote and fails to pass. The sales position remains. Very interesting board discussion. 2/22/2006.
