Dan Stachurski tells OPA Board he is seeking bids from pre-engineered building companies for the new Community Center. It appears Design Atlantic, our architect, is now pretty much out of the picture, and our construction management firm, SPN, will be used in a lesser role. Stachurski said the building alone would cost about $4 million. Landscaping, parking, and other so-called "soft costs" would be additional expenses. 5/17/2006.
