A local building gives an estimate of $500,000, but the BOD says they can do it for $350,000. Yea, right. So what happened to the estimate given by the builder? You have no idea what was to be done for $500,000, do you? So how can you compare one to the other? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The post to which you reference is totally irrelevant to your initial post asking "what happened to the $500,000 estimate... A local building gives an estimate of $500,000, but the BOD says they can do it for $350,000. Yea, right. So what happened to the estimate given by the builder? That's like the prior BOD saying they can build a $5.4M plus community center for $3.9M. And we all know how that turned out. |
