For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A local building gives an estimate of $500,000, but the BOD says they can do it for $350,000. Yea, right. So what happened to the estimate given by the builder? You have no idea what was to be done for $500,000, do you? So how can you compare one to the other? |
