Because all lot owners should use the facility! You can make it like mandatory gym class! We'll set up something like the Presidential Physical Fitness test, check BMI (body fat), etc, etc, and put folks on a remedial program if they don't make the minimum standards. No.........in all seriousness.........build it and they will come. I feel that way about a new community center also.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick, with all due respect, why should all lot owners fund a new fitness facility to be used by a relative few? There are several commercial operations already in the area for those who would like to work out. I'm with you on the hunting and fishing, although I haven't done much hunting in recent years. |
