Mr. Biancanello is a forum member but may not wish to get involved here on this issue. Let me ask -- why would OPA spend a substantial sum on legal fees if it did not intend to "avail themselves of the decision?" I understand the legal costs were relatively substantial. Maybe more than the porch was worth. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I believe OPA asked for the court to say tear down the porch and the court did. Doesn't mean OPA has to avail themselves of the decision. Most of us know nothing of the real facts to this case, but perhaps someone from OPA needs to step in and right what appears to be an apparent wrong. |
