This looks better to me because it allows more open space between the Pavillion and its terrace area... which appears in a dark color on the new plan....and the building. There is a fair amount of open space to the rear and around the side of the building where trees can remain. The playground is safe all the way over to where the driveway cuts in and there is no need to cut any trees there. We would lose far fewer trees that I imagined. We should put tape around the area and mark any trees that have to go. I have a big roll of the plastic tape that is generally used for that sort of thing and will voluteer to help mark the area. I think that is the best plan so that everyone can see exactly WHAT we are talking about. You have to GO THERE and walk the area before you can have an opinion that counts. ( kinda like looking at Mr. B.'s house! ) Did you WALK THE AREA? Nancy |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: For comparison, here is the site plan per the contract Bill Zawacki signed with the fire department. Note the parking area has been moved to the pavillion side of the site. |
