I just posted the PLAN that is a part of the contract signed by Zawacki. Are the plans changing on a daily or weekly basis? Is the fire house substantially smaller? Is the parking area substantially smaller? Is the land area any smaller? Doesn't appear so. Joe, An acre...is an acre.....is an acre. The way you USE ....arrange the acre is what matters. It is much like arranging furniture in a room. The new plan gives more open space between the heavily used area of park and the firehouse....thus it is more aesthetically acceptable. There will still be some trees there. Nancy |
