I am not sure what your mean by "per the contract Bill Zawacki signed"? This is nothing more than a preliminary site plan which was received late last week. This site plan is by no means the final site plan. Preliminary site plan received just last week? Marty, as a director you should keep yourself better informed. The black/white image of the site plan I posted is Exhibit C of the contract signed between Zawacki and the fire department on May 12, 2008. Obviously this "new" site plan was around long before "last week." I have a copy of the contract if you would like to see it.
