Linda: If I even suspected that our President intentionally violated the by laws I would have reacted differently. I do not believe it. If you have some proof that he did please be specific. A mistake was made. My personal guess is that we, the board, will take whatever action is necessary to fix the mistake. By action I do not mean a change in the intent of the approved board motion of February to allow the OPVFD use of land at WHP to construct a new fire station. It is my opinion that is not going to happen. "Why in the world would you allow such a situation to occur" I did not allow anything. "You and the other board members are making a mockery out of this association by allowing such actions to take place. I am very disappointed" Perhaps things will go better when you volunteer your time and are on the board? Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty: It would serve no purpose. It is done. I have no idea how you can make such a statement. Of course it would serve a purpose for this membership to know whether or not the person who is the President of our homeowner's association is violating our by-laws. Of course it would serve a purpose for this membership to know whether or not the rest of the Directors of our board are acting in the best interest of the membership, or, alternatively, allowing a board member who happens to be the President to have free reign to do as he sees fit and damn the rest of the board. Surely, you must have an opinion and surely, you must know the answers to these questions. Why in the world would you allow such a situation to occur? You and the other board members are making a mockery out of this association by allowing such actions to take place. I am very disappointed. Linda |
