Linda: "If a mistake was made, why won't whoever made the mistake admit it" You would have to ask the person who made the mistake. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty: If I even suspected that our President intentionally violated the by laws I would have reacted differently. I do not believe it. Why didn't you say that at the onset; you seemed to me to be evasive with your answers. If you have some proof that he did please be specific. You know very well that I am depending on the validity of questions raised in the public. Of course I don't have any proof because no one will come out and say how the contract came to be signed. A mistake was made. My personal guess is that we, the board, will take whatever action is necessary to fix the mistake. By action I do not mean a change in the intent of the approved board motion of February to allow the OPVFD use of land at WHP to construct a new fire station. It is my opinion that is not going to happen. "Why in the world would you allow such a situation to occur" I did not allow anything. "You and the other board members are making a mockery out of this association by allowing such actions to take place. I am very disappointed" If a mistake was made, why won't whoever made the mistake admit it? I really just want to feel a certain level of confidence in the BOD, and would expect honest answers. I think I am entitled to ask these questions as a member of the association. Perhaps things will go better when you volunteer your time and are on the board? I believe somewhere along the line previously you said that to me. I don't have the expertise that you do. I voted you into the board because I agree with most of your comments. All I asked was some honest answers. I don't think that qualifies me to be a board member. I wish you'd quit saying that to me when I challenge you. It just keeps you honest. Linda |
