Joe, When any of us address what is required for stormwater we are just speculating. This is being discussed at the County with the engineers hired by the FD and us. It's complicated, but we do not know how it will come out at this time. Speculation at this time without the facts is premature. Do you know that the "agreement" area for the FD will not handle SWM within its limits? I don't. As a matter of interest, there are several solutions that could meet the requirement and when everyone's interest is considered, the results may be most acceptable. So, let's see what they come up with. Bill |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The area the board has provided the fire department does not include storm water management area. It appears this will now require a storm management plan for the entire White Horse Park. We do not yet know what this will entail or how much it will cost. |
