Mr. Clarke seems to have trouble communicating with the lot owners in a respectable manner. One doesn't know if he really knows the answers or not. Mr. Zawacki seems to have lost his ability to communicate all together. What in the world do BOD members have to be secret about? Maybe they have thin shells? Maybe no backbone? |
