For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Do I know this? No. Should I report this? No. When the stormwater management issues are resolved, we should let you know the impacts. Bill, I agree. However, the problem is we are signing contracts and making decisions BEFORE we know the consequences and impacts of those decisions. All too typical for OPA. As you have stated in the past, this board is dysfunctional. |
