When any of us address what is required for stormwater we are just speculating.

For absolute certain? Of course not. Do I believe the area is large enough to contain all the storm water control? No.

However, as you are aware the parcel is not being subdivided. Based on what the county has already said, the fire department construction will therefore require a storm water management plan for the entire White Horse Park -- whatever that plan may entail or cost. The contract does not even mention storm water management, costs, or who will pay for any of those costs.

As a matter of interest, there are several solutions that could meet the requirement and when everyone's interest is considered, the results may be most acceptable. So, let's see what they come up with.
