It would seem that OPA could hold off a little on the rehab project just in case the FD needs to revert back to the old space. I agree. However, that would mean any rehab of the Community Hall would be put off indefinitely until such time as it was absolutley certain the fire department could build a new structure. How long? Your guess is as good as mine. Point is OPA is proceeding without the necessary FACTS. What else is new? I find in OP land things that should be ABCD is constanly going ADBC and so on... That is standard operating procedure for the OPA Baord of Directors for the 20 years I've been here. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, What happens if the fire department cannot obtain a permit to do what they want to do? How can a cost effective rehab be done with, "gee, maybe we need to rehab the old FD space back to a FD space just incase, or "gee, lets rehab there old space to something like offices" "Oh what do we do, What do we do" I find in OP land things that should be ABCD is constanly going ADBC and so on...
