Rick: According to the most recent site plan the building is proposed to be a minimum of 70' from the lot line of the closest house which would mean a distance of at least 105' to the actual nearest neighbor's house. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick: Please try to stay with the facts. Marty: I never said it would be 250' closer to the pavilion. I also said it would be about 25' from a residence, which was a guess. However, 40' is close to 25' and the additional 15' won't make that much of a difference if you're the family living in that house. That house is the gray house which appears to be actually located in WHP. Regardless of what people say, 40' is pretty close to a residence. |
