I don't particularly care if the project can be shown to make some minor profit or any other positive fiscal approach.

The project itself is the wrong project at the wrong place; it will do nothing more than provide subsidized slip space for maybe 50 people when Bob Abele of the Marine Activities Advisory Committee suggests the overall demand may be in the thousands. It will certainly be a detriment to the people who own homes in the immediate area, to boot.
