For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Sorry for the delay in responding. It is difficult to say for sure without actually measuring but there is a floating dock and piers off of the property at 30 Teal circle which is directly accross from the old ferry landing. The distance between the two may be less than 100 feet.
