Joe: Sorry for the delay in responding. It is difficult to say for sure without actually measuring but there is a floating dock and piers off of the property at 30 Teal circle which is directly accross from the old ferry landing. The distance between the two may be less than 100 feet.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Stachurski told you - A minimum clearance of 100 feet from any waterfront property owner facing the Swim and Racquet Club will be maintained -- more than sufficient space to allow for boat maneuverability issues around the area. Are those new docks going to be that close (100 feet) to some existing waterfront properties? |
