I personally do not believe that we are doing a very good job at generating adequate revenues at the Yacht Club, Golf Course, or at our aquatic operations which lost $417,944 last year. That said, there can be no denying that the bottom line for all of our "business amenities" was a PLUS $41,296.00. Thank you Marty for putting this in proper perspective Sharon |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "losses on our business amenities approaching $500,000" Is your definition of "business amenities" as only the ones that lose money? How do you exactly justify your claim of a "approaching $500,000" loss? What select "business amenities" are you addressing? Are you including the Beach Club, marina and beach parking operations? Are they not "business amenities"?
