Marty, why do you feel the need to denigrate me personally rather than simply addressing the issue. Regardless of what the overall numbers are, the board, the GM, and every association member needs to be concerned about the waste of assessment dollars totaling about The unaudited number for the YC of $143,419 last year raises an interesting question. Why was the loss budgeted at $220,000 for the current year? Is this where some of those funds were buried for the "phantom projects?"
