Ray, if $450,000 down the drain is "not a lot of money" then we'll just have to disagree.

That $450,000 taken from the wallets of association members could be put to much better use. Also, keep in mind all association members foot the bill for capital costs. If my memory is correct some 15% of the total assessments collected went to support the golf course a year or so ago with the combined operation losses and capital costs total funded by 8400 association members for 300 golfers.

Ray, if the golf and YC amenities are so "great" how come more association members are not beating down the doors to use them? I'll answer for my view -- lousy top level management that would not last one year in the REAL world.
