The community was Angola-By-The Bay in Lewes, De.. It was a second home built in 1977  and there was a faction that believed you did not have to spend all that money to maintain everything. The overriding theme  was to keep the assessments low and they elected a board of directors to do just that. Then it got to be the full timers against the part timers. A great example was a motion to charge admission to the pools only on weekends and you swim free during the week.

We did not like the stuff going on so we moved . There is a lot to be said for following your gut feeling and moving on.
