Marty, Lake of the Woods was first and Ocean Pines second. After that I do not think any other communities were built in our area. Boise only stayed in the land / house business for a few years. Most of what they did was in California, I believe. Nancy |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Bill: Not important. I always thought that Angola by the Bay was developed by a local Sussex County family, but I could be wrong. The next closest Boise project of which I am familiar was Lake of the Woods in Virginia. Marty |
