For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Does OPA loose money or not. Call them amenities, or business amenities or operating expenses, or whatever. Obviously OPA has been losing money or the board would not have agreed to increase assessments this year to begin covering what had grown to a $500,000 operational deficit. When and how we will have a balanced budget. OPA produces a balanced budget every year. Like any budget it may not always turn out that way by the end of the year. I suggest you post a new smessage to GeneRingsdorf. He can answer your questions with more authority than I. |
