So, let's sum up -- Stachurski prefers Unger. Yet Unger approved the same budget you accuse Gomsak and all members of B&F and perhaps all board members of supporting. Since Stachurski is now your guiding light but Unger, like Gomsak, supported the budget and must certainly be more of a part of the YC problem than Gomsak, I suppose that only leaves Thompson and Dutch for you to vote for; neither of them voted for the budget in any way and neither has served on any committees recently.

Hmmmm.....ok...

Would that be such a terrible choice??

We can be absolutely SURE that Dutch will do everything possible to spend our money wisely. We would have to have been on another planet to not know it. He wants to maintain our properties in the proper manner,  make us live within our means, and keep assessments reasonable.

There is certainly nothing wrong with that. Dutch represents the feelings of a lot of residents of Ocean Pines who are feeling overwhelmed by the spending.

Mr. Thompson seems like a bright young man. He has lived here most all his life and has a good background in finance.

I suppose Mr. Gomsak worries me a little. I am thinking he may want us to live a little "too high on the hog". He may think that all of us have plenty of money to spare. He is ...of course ...very well qualified and it would be good to have such a person on the board....but I still have concerns.
