Nothing is nailed down with regard to any encroachment. If anything thelease probably protects Seacrets more than OPA. Why don't you get a copy. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What are you talking about with this more space business? Joe Because it would be a fair way to settle the encroachment issue. They admitted it. There is no real reason for them to undo what they have done because it wouldn't make more parking for us. They have lots of room...so why not let them keep the area that they want in exchange for a few more parking spaces???? Is that not a reasonable solution to the problem???? Everyone wins. It should be in writing that we would ask them to take down the encroachment ..if and when.. we should want to make use of our riparian rights. I have no idea what the new lease says, but it should have things made firm. Our BoD president is a practical person with good common sense so I would imagine that he has nailed things down. Nancy |
