Are you saying that the encroachment is causing OPA harm? How? I am saying they built something on OPA property, and from all I can gather it was done so without permission and possibly without a OC permit. Takes a lot of guts to just go build something on another's property. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: "So, I still don't know what I'm talking about?" On this subject, I do not think you have any idea what you are talking about.
