While I appreciate all of our customers, ............ Beach parking and the Seacrets lease are two different revenue sources. Both raise money for OPA. If I remember correctly the sales of beach club parking permits was less this year than last. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick: While I appreciate all of our customers, the 2,322 OPA members who pay approximately $123 each for the 247 ocean front parking spaces and the 39 bayside parking spaces during peak day time hours for sales of $285,734.00 GROSS, or $1,000.00 +/- per space. Then we re-sell the 39 bayside parking space off peak to Mr. Moore for approximately $63,000.00 NET, or $1,600.00 +/- per space. Do the math. Marty |
