Sure.  A few times you have quoted a certain director who you say provided you incorrect information regarding the lease.  Well, I think that's a lame argument, and you are using some statement to justify your weak positions on this lease.  Heck, I have read the lease many times and need to refer to the copy to make sure I have the facts right.  Did you tell that director you planned to use what he said as gospel?  

Why couldn't you just wait a few more days and then attempt to make a point about how we are so stupid or incompetent to have signed this lease?  At least you would know what the document says.  The lease should be available by Monday.
