No sense in waiting for the IRS Court decision then. The main issue is that the IRS believes the Beach Parking revenue is taxable because it's a property not in the geographical boundaries of OPA. The Seacrets lease income is a given. We've had this discussion last year the Forum. Read some of the prior posts. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: the income is taxable. No sense in waiting for the IRS Court decision then. Why don't you just drop Olson a note and tell him your decision. |
