I'm aware of the history but we won't know anything for sure until a decision comes down in the tax case. The way things are going none of us may be around by the time it happens.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: No sense in waiting for the IRS Court decision then. The main issue is that the IRS believes the Beach Parking revenue is taxable because it's a property not in the geographical boundaries of OPA. The Seacrets lease income is a given. We've had this discussion last year the Forum. Read some of the prior posts. |
