Bob: Every commercial lease I am involved in is a pass through, or triple net lease. I am always happy as a clam to allow my commercial tenants the opportunity to petition the taxing authorities on my behalf and may in fact be required to. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If Seacrets has been successful in the effort to reduce our assessed value for next year then God bless them. Mr. Clarke, Do your renters periodically petition taxing authorities to revisit the assessment values of your properties? If so, do they have your blessings? |
