Gitmo is a 99-year lease agreement with Castro, and it's been a thorn in his side for 3- score years and change-- so much for 99-year leases vis a vis unintended consequences. Again, I'm shooting from the hip. So, if the arrangement has changed over the years, I'll stipulate to 'clueless-in-Ocean Pines.' |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ted, you don't realize Rick is referencing the 99-year lease prepared by Seacrets last year and ultimately rejected by the board? Or are you just trying the bust Rick's chops?
