Well, when negotiating a lease that has been renewed since August 1991, one would assume what was done in the past, and analyzing it in conjunction with current available information, would be something smart to do. Such critical review could be valuable for future negotiations, if not for a done deal. It would have been better if this kind of review had been done prior to completion of negotiations on the latest lease.

An open process might have allowed you, for example, to express your concern about the parking spaces. The concern you express is no more important than any other concerns held by any association member.

Finally, it sounds like you really don't want to be informed overall, just on your own particular interest. Then again, that's the way it is with most people.
