Looking at the video of the 11/16/2004 meeting, unless I missed it, you are correct in telling Charlie you did not use the word "nimby." However, it would be fair to say that your comments could only be taken as placing you in favor of the new marina. In fact, it is one of the times when you and Tom Sandusky are in agreement - something that brought a bit of a laugh from the board and audience during the meeting.
Here's another video from 9/21/2004 that I have not reviewd as yet.
