Actually neither you nor anyone else using the two facilities does so. This year all 8440 association members must pay about $500,000 to subsidize you, me, and anyone else who uses the golf or YC facility
Joe Actually, the net as stated before is less the a buck per month per lot because you conveniently forget the profits from the other ammenities.Who subsidize the community center, free concerts etc. It is all part of living in OP . We personaly, only spend 6 months or so here and pay for a years membership for golf so we do our share . As stated before, when I get my bill I pay it, no one pays it for me. Bill |

You, me, us, pay our bills -- but there are not enough of "us" or the bills we pay are too low. |
