We personaly, only spend 6 months or so here and pay for a years membership for golf so we do our share .
that's because your 'share' is heavily subsidized... kinda like me doing my share paying a $50 monthly electric bill subsidized by thousands of folks, off the grid, getting their power from generators. yea, I know... amenity, my choice to buy here, property values... ad infinitum, ad nauseum. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Actually neither you nor anyone else using the two facilities does so. This year all 8440 association members must pay about $500,000 to subsidize you, me, and anyone else who uses the golf or YC facility Joe Actually, the net as stated before is less the a buck per month per lot because you conveniently forget the profits from the other ammenities.Who subsidize the community center, free concerts etc. It is all part of living in OP . We personaly, only spend 6 months or so here and pay for a years membership for golf so we do our share . As stated before, when I get my bill I pay it, no one pays it for me. Bill |
