What do you think we should do with the golf course?
Casper deserves another year or 2. After that, a park sounds good to me, depending on the plan. I have some level of confidence Casper can turn the place around.... and my confidence was with or without the new greens and drainage spending. In fact, the greens and drainage work could be a detriment to a short-term turn around.... but, as always, the board knows best. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So as far as the yacht club is concerned we (the property owners) are going to get hosed either way? What do you think we should do with the golf course? |
