You would think that someone interested in improving financial operations at the Yacht Club would study the operational changes that were made in 2010. With a little tweaking on that plan the Yacht Club could be in the black.
Instead we have well meaning, non-qualified novices throwing out grand schemes costing every association member big bucks. |
