| Here is what everyone does not seem to get, not one board member has any experience in the hospitality business! When you add in employees who have no experience, you lose money! The HOA has no business running a business! | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We are going to get hosed because we will let them. Kicking the can down the road apppears to be the modus operandi of choice and it is the road to perdition. Continous pontificating will not effect change. As for the golf course ,someone previously suggested growing beans and corn . A good tractor .plow,disc and planter would not cost $950,000 . |
