For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I agree with the idea of being open for the season which I would peg as May 1st to October 1st. I'm not so sure the repair versus replacement is a good idea based on the previous track record of "fixing" things as shown in the video back in early December. The work looked like it was done by the gang that couldn't nail straight. I would go for a one story club until I was shown proof that a banquet facility can pay for itself. How long would you give the board and GM to find a responsible adult to run the course before it's turned into a park? I hear what you are saying about Casper golf but I don't have near as much faith as you in their ability and commitment. I think we need an operator who has some skin in the game, your thoughts? |
