Al. Marty's figures are a projected loss of 204000 dollars. As far as big bucks , it comes out to 46,6 cents per week per lot or 24.28 per year per homeowner , not a lot of money and the GM will close the gap in the YC. If not , it still costs less then 25 bucks a week. Not a lot of money, just take some of the profit from the beach club and make it even. No big deal. Bill |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You would think that someone interested in improving financial operations at the Yacht Club would study the operational changes that were made in 2010. With a little tweaking on that plan the Yacht Club could be in the black. Instead we have well meaning, non-qualified novices throwing out grand schemes costing every association member big bucks. |
